Use chives with scrambled eggs, omelettes, baked potatoes, soups, salads, sour cream, cream cheese, fish, roasted vegetables, and herb butter. Chives are best added right before serving so they stay fresh and green.

For best results, place your pot in bright light, water when the top inch of soil feels dry, and cut chives with scissors about 1-2 inches above the soil line.
