Your Big Basil Herb Pot is ready to harvest the moment it arrives. Snip fresh Genovese basil as needed and use it when you want plenty of sweet, fragrant basil for everyday cooking.

Use basil with pesto, pasta, pizza, tomato sauce, caprese salad, bruschetta, sandwiches, salads, and fresh garnishes. Add basil near the end of cooking or right before serving so its flavour stays fresh and aromatic.

For best results, place your pot in bright light, water when the top inch of soil feels dry, and harvest small amounts often to encourage fresh new growth.

We ship live plants during our active season, generally May 1 to August 31. Orders placed in season typically ship within 7 days via Express Shipping (1–3 days), weather permitting.

To help protect plant health, we ship Monday through Wednesday only so plants do not sit in transit over the weekend.

Orders placed outside our active season are treated as pre-orders and will ship when the season resumes.
