  • English Thyme (3x)

Your Big Thyme Herb Pot is ready to harvest the moment it arrives. Snip fresh English thyme as needed and use it to add earthy, savoury depth to roasted dishes, soups, stews, and sauces.

Use thyme with roast chicken, potatoes, mushrooms, soups, stews, roasted vegetables, herb butter, eggs, beans, and pan sauces. Add whole sprigs while cooking and remove the stems before serving, or strip the tiny leaves from the stems before adding.

For best results, place your pot in bright light, water when the top inch of soil feels dry, and avoid letting the pot sit in standing water.

FAQs

Yes. Your herb garden is ready to harvest the moment it arrives. For best results, snip small amounts at first and let your garden adjust for about 48 hours before heavier harvesting. Small, regular harvests help keep the herbs fresh, full, and productive.

Your herb garden is a living plant, not a cut bunch of herbs. With bright light, proper watering, and regular light harvesting, it is designed to provide fresh herbs for several weeks or longer. Many herbs can continue growing for months with good care, especially if kept in a bright spot, watered properly, and harvested a little at a time.

Place your garden in bright natural light, such as a sunny windowsill, kitchen counter near a window, or covered patio.Avoid dark corners, cold drafts, heat vents, air conditioners, and letting the pot sit in standing water. You can also move your garden outdoors in mild weather to give it more light.

Your herb garden is carefully packed and shipped directly from our greenhouse so it arrives fresh, secure, and ready to enjoy.Because these are live plants, we only ship when conditions are safe for your garden. Your herbs may spend some time in a box during transit, so unpack them as soon as they arrive and place them in bright light.

If your garden arrives damaged, delayed, or looking concerning, please contact us as soon as possible at support@herbwild.com.Send us your order number and a photo of the plant and packaging so our team can help quickly.
